Synergetic Learning...
adjective of synergy –
the working together of
two or more parts to
produce an effect
greater than the sum of
their individual effects.

Synergetic Learning is a boutique management consultancy based in Melbourne, Australia. We have provided consultancy services around Australia as well as in the United Kingdom. We specialise in helping organisations improve the effectiveness of their staff, and therefore the organisation’s performance, by offering specialised consulting services, particularly in the areas of human resource (HR) management and development.

  • Synergy – much of our work is done with groups. When people work effectively together they can produce this energy whereby the working together of two or more people produces results greater than the sum of their individual efforts. The consultants in our group also find that we experience synergies. We believe in the value of cooperation and collaboration for ourselves and our clients.
  • Making a positive difference for our clients and for each other.
  • Awareness and growth – we believe in self-awareness and personal growth.
  • Value-for-money – we believe in the importance of providing quality, value-for-money, effective and efficient solutions for our clients.
